CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 22(STA) Relating to                          
the maritime boundary between Alaska and the former Union of                   
Soviet Socialist Republics, was read the second time.                          
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR                  
HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 22(STA) be advanced to third                        
reading and placed on final passage.  Senator Adams objected.                  
                                                                               
The question being: "Shall the resolution be advanced to third
